All students, staff, faculty, alumni, and administrators are invited to LUNCH CRUNCH, an informal assembly to raise and discuss local to global issues of current concern, towards communal understanding and social sustainability.
To activate mediated connections in our digital commons of art + design, this open discussion series will take place weekly in 2020-2021. Let every Friday 11:30 – 12:30 Vancouver time via Zoom be an anchor for collective enquiry and endeavour, towards worlding together during these suspended times. Between past and future, let this steady synchronous site enable an intergenerational and inclusive body of learners and leaders in our community.
LUNCH CRUNCH has gathered around semesterly themes since its inception (Spring 2017: Critical Race, Fall 2017: Reconciliation, Spring 2018: Expression, Fall 2018: Queering, Spring 2019: Action, Fall 2019: Truth, Spring 2020: Freedom, Summer 2020: Change), so the first session of the academic year this Friday 25 September will continue to improvise with presence as we rehearse for a different future.
