What happens to my ecuad.ca email address?

Your ecuad.ca email address is maintained for four months after your graduation date. After that, your account will be removed to make space for new students. Please email alumni-email@ecuad.ca before the 4-month cut-off date to request forwarding your emails to a personal email account.

For the Class of 2020, your ecuad.ca email address will be maintained until the end of 2020. Please ensure you email alumni-email@ecuad.ca before December 31 to request forwarding your emails to a personal email account.

How do I get a copy of my transcripts?

Current students and alumni who used myEC during their studies can order transcripts online through myEC. If you do not submit your transcript request online through myEC, you will have to submit a written Transcript Request Form, available online here. If you are having trouble accessing myEC or submitting your request, reach out to reghelp@ecuad.ca.

How do I replace my degree parchment?

Alumni from the undergraduate and graduate programs can order a replacement degree parchment by filling in a Degree Parchment Replacement Request Form. Questions regarding replacement parchment requests can be directed to Records & Registration at 604.844.3876 or reghelp@ecuad.ca.

I’ve legally changed my name and want to update my degree parchment.

Alumni from the undergraduate and graduate programs can order a replacement degree parchment by filling in a Degree Parchment Replacement Request Form. Questions regarding replacement parchment requests can be directed to Records & Registration at 604.844.3876 or reghelp@ecuad.ca.

I need to update my information with the Alumni Association.

Please send an email to alumni@ecuad.ca with your name and the information you would like to update and change, including email, phone number, address, pronouns, name and contact preferences.

How do I get my T2202 form?

T2202A and T4A forms for both past and current students are accessed through myEC. If you are having trouble accessing myEC to obtain your forms, please reach out to reghelp@ecuad.ca.

I have an exhibition/event coming up that I would like shared.

Please submit all the information about your exhibition or event including any relevant links, images, and artist statements or biographies to alumni@ecuad.ca and we’ll respond in 2-3 business days with any follow up questions we have. We do not accept submission via social media.

I received an award I would like shared.
